Walking Path / Plazas / Sitting Areas

Grand Oak Business Park offers an approximately one-mile bituminous trail encircling the 20-acre lake located in the center of the park. Rollerblading is allowed on the trail; however, bicycles and motorized vehicles, with the exception of wheelchairs, are prohibited.

Tenant plazas with grills, benches, and tables are located are various locations around the lake.
